Frequently Asked Questions

How much does sprinkler repair cost?

It depends on what's actually wrong — a clogged nozzle and a cracked main line are very different jobs. That's why we don't quote repairs over the phone: the problem you can see often isn't the real problem. Instead, your assessment is free. We diagnose your system in person and give you an exact quote on the spot, before any work begins. There's no dispatch fee for assessments or visits — the only fee that can ever apply is a $35 rescheduling fee, and only if you reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment or we arrive and the appointment has to be rescheduled.

What does the free assessment include?

A certified irrigation technician runs your entire system: every zone, head by head, plus valves, visible leaks, water pressure, and coverage patterns. If repairs are needed, you get an honest quote right there. There's no cost and no obligation — and if your system is actually fine, we'll tell you that too.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Spring Hill, Florida, and serve about a 75-mile radius — including Weeki Wachee, Brooksville, Hudson, New Port Richey, Holiday, Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor, Lutz, Land O' Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, Dade City, Odessa, Inverness, Tampa, and surrounding communities in Hernando, Pasco, Citrus, and northern Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.

My irrigation runs on a well. Can you work on my system?

Yes. A large share of homes in Hernando and Pasco irrigate from wells, and we work on well-fed systems every week — including the irrigation pump your system depends on. We also work on city-water and reclaimed-water systems, and we'll program your controller for your assigned watering days.

How fast can you come out?

It depends on the current schedule, but assessments are free and we serve the area daily. Call or text (352) 306-6358 and we'll offer you the soonest times that fit. If you have an active leak flooding your yard, tell us — we'll do everything we can to get to you quickly.

Do you offer maintenance plans?

Yes — three of them. Smart Saver ($15/mo) includes one seasonal tune-up a year; Total Tune-Up ($25/mo) includes two; Premier Flow ($40/mo) includes four visits, seasonal controller adjustments, and our biggest member discount. Every visit covers a zone-by-zone inspection, leak and broken-head checks, alignment and coverage adjustments, with member discounts on any repairs. See the maintenance plans page (/maintenance-plans) for full details.

Will you adjust my sprinkler controller for the seasons?

Yes. Seasonal controller adjustments are included in the Premier Flow plan, and members on Smart Saver or Total Tune-Up can add them for $5/month. We reprogram run times and schedules as Florida weather changes, so your lawn gets what it needs in August without drowning in January — and your controller stays matched to your watering-day rules.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes. Every repair and installation is backed by a 1-year warranty on parts and workmanship. If something we installed or repaired fails within that year because of our parts or our work, we make it right. (The warranty doesn't cover damage from negligence, third parties, or parts supplied by the customer.)

How do I know if I need drainage?

Common signs: standing water that sits for more than a day after rain, soggy or spongy patches, grass dying in low spots, water pooling against the house or driveway, mulch washing out of beds, and mosquitoes breeding in water that never drains. If any of that sounds familiar, book a free assessment — we'll find where the water comes from, where it collects, and where it can go.

Does Florida law require a rain sensor?

Yes. Florida law (Statute 373.62) requires a working rain sensor or switch on automatic irrigation systems, so your sprinklers shut off when it's raining. If yours is missing or dead — most homeowners never notice — we can install a wired or wireless sensor and test it during any visit. Local watering restrictions also apply: Hernando and Pasco follow Southwest Florida Water Management District rules with watering days assigned by address, and we'll set your controller accordingly.

Do I need to be home during service?

Often, no. If your controller and system components are accessible from outside and we've arranged access in advance, we can assess and service your system while you're out. If the controller is inside a garage or the home, someone will need to be home or access arranged — we'll sort that out when you book.

How do I pay?

Payment is due when the work is complete. We accept credit and debit cards, ACH bank payments, and financing options through Stripe — and we accept Zelle too. Paying by Zelle? Let us know before you pay and the card processing fee can be removed (it can't be removed after a card payment). Either way, we keep a card on file for every booked job.
